Private, local AI for your business
Private AI, installed and trained, living in your own systems
It's your private AI, on your own hardware, with your data staying put. If you want help getting it set up and your team trained, that's where I come in. Remote or on-site.

Why most business AI quietly goes to waste
Usually it isn't the AI. It's that it's rented, generic, and nobody set it up around your actual work.
You're renting your AI
Monthly fees for tools you don't own, on a provider that can change the price or the rules anytime.
Your data leaves the building
Every prompt and file gets sent to someone else's servers. For a lot of businesses that is a real problem.
Your team doesn't use it
You pay for seats nobody logs into, because no one showed the team how the tools fit the actual work.
It's not wired into your work
Generic AI that doesn't know your business, your files, or your process, so it stays a toy instead of a tool.
Here is how we fix it in 3 simple steps
Audit what to use and buy
We look at your work, your data, and your hardware, then decide what to run and what to buy. No overbuying.
Install it on your systems
I set the AI up on your own machines, wire it into your tools and files, and lock your data down so it stays yours.
Train your team to run it
Plain-language training so your team actually uses it, plus the automations that handle the busywork. On-site available.
Three ways I put private AI to work for you
AI on your own systems, the training to run it, and the automations that handle the busywork. No cloud lock-in.
Private AI, Installed
Your own AI running on your own hardware, not rented from a big provider. Set up, secured, and wired into how you already work.
- Runs locally on your machines
- Your data never leaves the building
- No per-seat cloud fees
- Connected to your existing tools
Team Training
I get your team actually using it. Plain-language training so the tools get used, not ignored after week one.
- Hands-on walkthroughs
- Workflows built around your team
- On-site sessions available
- Ongoing support
Automation Pipelines
The workflows that handle the busywork for you, built with n8n. This is where the AI receptionist and lead follow-up live.
- AI phone receptionist
- Speed-to-lead follow-up
- Lead capture & routing
- Custom n8n workflows
Not sure what your business needs?

Each one is a working build I can walk you through. The full portfolio lives in my Notion and I keep it current.
Private AI on a normal PC
Set up a fully private AI on a regular 16GB Windows PC with no dedicated GPU. The model runs locally, so prompts and files never leave the machine. It answers with the internet switched off.
A private AI operating system
I run my whole business on a private AI cockpit that knows my work, remembers across sessions, and handles the busywork instead of just chatting. When I set it up for a client, they get the same.
Speed-to-Lead automation
The second a lead submits a form, AI qualifies it and fires an instant personalized reply with a booking link, logs it, and alerts the owner. A lead comes in at 11pm, the owner wakes up to a booked call.
Kept up to date as I ship new builds.
Built for businesses that want to own their AI
The three problems I keep seeing, and what owning the stack fixes.
The 'Whose data is it?' problem
Every prompt, file, and customer record you feed a cloud AI gets processed on someone else's servers, under someone else's terms. For a lot of businesses that is a dealbreaker they haven't priced in yet.
AI inside your own walls
I install open models on hardware you own. Your files, your customers, your numbers never leave the building. You can unplug the internet and it still works.
The 'Renting forever' problem
Per-seat subscriptions stack up fast, and the provider can raise prices, change limits, or retire the model you built your workflow on. You keep paying and you still own nothing.
Own the stack instead
One setup on your own machines instead of a forever bill. I spec what to run and what to buy, honestly, including when a cloud tool is still the right call for a specific job.
The 'Nobody uses it' problem
Most business AI fails at adoption, not capability. Tools get bought, the team never gets trained, and six months later it is shelf-ware with a monthly invoice.
Training plus automations
I train your team in plain language around your actual work, then wire in the automations that run without them: AI receptionist, speed-to-lead follow-up, lead routing, custom n8n pipelines.
Got Questions?
Here are answers to the most common ones.
It means the AI runs on computers you own instead of a cloud provider's servers. Your prompts, files, and customer data stay on your machines. No subscription meter running, no third party in the middle, and it keeps working even if your internet goes down.
Still have questions?
Own your AI. Don't rent it.
